Most Car Style First Spoilers are manufactured from High Density P.U.Rim a material commonly used by Original Equipment Manufacturers and are designed to be a direct fit with the minimum of preparation required prior to painting.
Where there is a possibility of Flexing ,Metal reinforcement is inbuilt.
Performance style spoilers are generally made from Top Quality Fibre Reinforced Plastic to help reduce the weight of the spoiler as they are usually either very large or have a double aerofoil .These are also finished requiring the minimum of preparation to help keep painting costs down.
Brake lights fitted to most spoilers are the LED type, these are more reliable and use less power than conventional bulb versions.
